How to spot a five star opportunity in MLM?
MLM is an opportunity for everyone who wants to be an entrepreneur, anyone who has a dream, it has make a difference in many people’s lives . Robert T. Kiyosaki, best-selling author of “Rich Dad Poor Dad” has also recommend many people to look into MLM, not only does it help someone to create wealth if done correctly, the knowledge and motivational program can transform a person mindset too.
It is when we decide to make a difference and decide to join this industry when the decision become hard and sometimes frustrating as we are unsure if we have the right opportunity. Experience networker, when looking for a MLM company, always do their due diligence before they make a decision on which company should they join. Here I wish to share with you the five important star factors to spot a right opportunity in a MLM company.
1.       Point number one is to have a unique product, having one that no second company will have exactly the same. For example, a call back system, many MLM companies have exactly the same product and usually in this kind of MLM product will only compete by the price difference, and this will frequently affect the network building process in the company as distributors changing from one company to a cheaper call back price company , therefore leaving the leaders hard time building and maintaining their network, eventually most of them stop using or doing the business. Usually I recommend people to look into health and nutritional products as this industry has proven in history to grow even when there is a recession in the market’s economic, but do note that being unique is still important here. An example like a juice nutritional company, make sure they don’t use the same unique berry or unique fruits for their nutrition juice, combination is ok, so long as they don’t use the same unique product.
 
2.       Secondly, is timing, some networkers may find timing is not of a problem, but long and stable company is their type. I won’t say that they are wrong but I find that finding the correct timing for a company will explode your MLM business even faster, it can eventually accelerate your success if done correctly. Most companies will go through a momentum growth and therefore joining before or during the phase of growth creates a better chance for you to explode your business. Do note that most company will keep saying that they have the right timing, but they don’t, so do your research and determine whether you are looking at the right company.
 
3.       Third, the right management, having the right management is important as when you are building your network marketing business in MLM, you definitely need good support from the management to get your auto-ship on time, payment or even non-answerable questions from your prospect to be answered as soon as possible, this way your prospect will have a better impression of the company, trust me some companies can take weeks to answer your question thus melting down the excitement created for your prospect to your business by you. You also need a capable management members to build a good fundamental business base in order to keep the company strong and steady, you won’t want to join a company that close down after a couple of years.
 
4.       Featuring at number four will be the right compensation plan, making sure that this particular point is taken note of when you are choosing your network marketing company. I always believe that distributors must be rewarded generously. This will motivate the distributors to build the business even more and not being affected by any other company with better compensation. Note that being generous and over paying is two different thing, over paying may lead to a close down of a company, make sure that every payout is reasonable. There must be a product movement in a company in order for a company to pay their distributors and also remember that when a company is to mention that you can wait and get your commission paid without any effort, it is most likely to be a scam known as the “Ponzi scheme” and those are not real MLM companies.
 
5.       The last factor is giving back to the community, giving back as in charity project. It is always important to help heal the needy in turning the world to become a better place for us and the entire human race.
