If you don't understand your companies contract, you're flying blind into a hurricane! Then you have absolutely no control of how your life and business plans will turn out, because the company has all the cards!
Prepare Yourself
I love this article, it really reminds me that we must always prepare ourselves for the unexpected. Life is full of surprises and we can never know what to expect on a day to day basis. Thank you Alma for the great reminder.
It is difficult to figure out what the future holds
learning from your mistakes from the past, picking up new disciplines to correct the past will pretty muck keep you prepared for what is coming. Reading your Policy and procedures of your company will give you an opportunity to conciuosly prepare and plan for your course of action today that will impact your future in the most positive way.

Surprises in your business will come so be in the correct mindset to you will bounce back right away.
Studying our "employment contract" (Policies & Procedures)
...won't eliminate the possibility of change (everything changes), but knowing the legal parameters lets us play the game KNOWING THE RULES. Can we really play when we don't know them? We could be walking a tight-rope and not even know it! One misstep and we're gone! :-o Great article, Vikki!

I watched my best friend loose a 30K residual income, no joke!
I have seen a dear friend crumble to the ground because the company needed money so they terminated 12 of the top people in the company and guess what? They could because it stated right in their policies and procedures that they could.... how sad! This friend's husband had to go to work for 8$ an hour at the hardware store just to make it. Why do so many people not take network marketing as a real business decision? Thank you for shining your light, I hope people will take it serious Alma~
