We All Need a Plan "B"
Regardless of our ages, we’re all moving towards retirement, but what will we do when we get there?
Retirement should be a time of finding happiness and enjoying the freedom to live the life we’ve always wanted.
Ideally, we’ll get off of the hamster wheel of corporate America and take a well-deserved break from alarm clocks, commuting, and long days with little or no opportunity to enjoy our families and friends.
However, whether it’s due to poor or no planning, or the current economic downturn which includes the collapse of the housing market, high fuel costs, and retirement accounts devastated by the drop in the stock market, many people who are soon to retire plan to keep on working – not because they want to but because they need to in order to provide themselves with basic needs; survival and safety.
Further, many pre-retirees are already borrowing on what little retirement savings they’ve managed to save in order to pay their every day expenses.
More than ever, we need a strong plan “B.” We must have a plan that will help us retire with no debts, which should be our main goal.
The low start-up costs, flexibility to build the business in your spare time, the tax savings, and the above average earning potential makes Network Marketing a great opportunity to obtain financial freedom and create the quality retirement that most only dream about.

Right on Jasmeen!
Most people don't have Plan A, Plan B, or XYZ. It could scare you to thing about what happens when all these baby boomers are too old to work anymore..
Getting Off the Hamster Wheel
Getting off the hamster wheel is exhilarating! As they say, insanity is doing the same thing over & over and expecting different results. That's why I chose to get off the hamster wheel and start building a home business.
I don't understand why people can be so resistant to networking, especially in light of these economic times. Like you said, Jasmeen, it just makes good sense to have a Plan B! Great article. I appreciate you as a leader in this field!
Rat race
yes, Isn't this what Robert Kyosaki says...find a way to get out of the rat race. Thank you for the reminder.

There's Not a Moment to Waste!
Hi Paul,
Thanks for your comment. You bring up an excellent point about baby boomers. In October of 2007 the first baby boomer began to collect Social Security. This was the start of what regulators expect to be an impact on the Social Security and Medicare system so great that it will result in a bankrupt system.
This is a scary and sobering prediction not only for the baby boomers but for all that come after who have paid into a system that will never deliver for them
We must begin now to formulate an alternate plan for our financial future.

60% of What Wasn't Enought in The First Place
Thanks Margie,
You are absolutely right! Getting off of the hamster wheel of corporate america does indeed feel great!!
People resist change because its difficult for them to go against the conditioning of their lifetime and those who came before them,(their parents and grandparents). They have been taught that if they go to school, get good grades, go to university, get a degree, get a job and stay there for 30 years, they can then enjoy the golden life.
Unfortunately, what was once the golden life is currently a life of trying to get by on 60% of what wasn't enough to live well on in the first place.
My goal is to help people see that there is a very real and attainable alternative in Network Marketing and then to help them every step of the way until they learn the skills they need to get good at it!

There Are No Guarantees ... or Are There?
Yes, Michaela,
Out of the rat race of fighting to find a job or keep the one you already have! Would you believe I have a friend who, when her company restructured, was asked to re-interview for the job she already had for more than 10 years! Unbelieveable!
Network Marketing is definitely an open door to exit the rat race and enter the land abundance. If you have a 5 Pillar company and are coachable then we can guarantee your success.

Live now and then
By the time we are able to collect Social Security...there may not be any left, so it's even more critical to have a Plan B. Plus they are wanting to raise the age of retirement. I want to LIVE now and then! :) Great post Jasmeen
