Your Policies And Procedures Are The Real MLM Truth Today

If you do not read your policies and procedures whether you are active or not in your mlm company you are putting your career in jeopardy. When you join a network marketing comapny, you sign a contract. Everybody knows that you do not sign a contract without knowing and understanding the rules. However in mlm most people do not pay attention to that rule when they get started. Those who ask their sponsors are told not to worry about it, and since they are so excited about the opportunity they just move on without knowing the consequences. Here are the consequences. The policies and procedures have been written for the companys interest not yours. That means that they can terminate your contract and or steal your bonus check any time. You have to pay attention to words like "ongoing sales which means that you have to sell every single month and if you do not the company can let you go for that, and when you become the top money earner the company can steal your check any time. It happens when they need money to pay their bills, when they need to purchase a new building or an airplane to show off, or any other ridiculous thing. The company owners have taken the contract when putting it together to lawyers so that they can protect themselves whenever they make that dirty move. Try suing them when your bonus check gets stolen or when you get into the hospital and are sick. It is not going to happen. Your case will be thrown out of court just because you have signed the contract.

When a company is legimate it has its policies and procedures of 3-4 pages and it does not include the word terminate, ongoing sales, or having to recruit, recruit, recruit or else you get terminated.

But, if a contract is more than ten pages run, run, run. Some lawyers when asked to make the contract write it from 20-50 pages. They do it for a reason. They do not want you to understand it and that is how they protect the company owners.

In conclusion my suggestion to you is to read your policies and procedures today not tommorow!!
