I have found that in order to really succeed, there is risks we absolutely must take

Many will not allow themselves to take these risks and therefore will continue failing

We have been under the false belief, that we are not leaders until we can stand on our own. The Falseness in that is that most real business endeavors happen in teams. re-examine. Most come into their MLM Business with a small amount of faith and trust which can be shaken very easily.
