Do You Have a Wussy Mindset?

I am not calling anyone a wussy but even if you are not a wussy, you could have a wussy mindset which is the single most important factor to you doing great things and not.

I find it so funny that people are always looking for the how, some hidden secret or sauce and turn to gurus in hope that if I know the "secret way", tomorrow I will have the keys to the kingdom.

Guess what?

In most cases you already have everything you need to know but are not implementing to the fullest or you fear failure, so you do not go for it.

This is a mindset issue...

There are many types of mindset issues but the worst one is a wussy mindset problem.

Wussy mindset holds you back from taking risks, no matter how small because you fear the result.

The wussy mindset is hard to define so instead I will use two examples to explain.

My friend in Australia who I like a lot and respect as a person, has recently decided not to join my main business.

I would be totally okay with that if not for the way it went down.

It was the usual process, we should him some information about the product and he responded with enthusiastic interest.

We then explain to him more about the business model, again the showed interest and he asked about the next step.

In the end we talked about the startup cost. At this point he immediately responded no.

I said wait a second before you say no, let's examine how easy it is or is not to each ROI.

I have never seen a MLM that is this easy to reach ROI, with a moderate effort many people can do so in a couple of weeks.

His response was, I understand the risk is low but I am still not willing to spend the startup cost.

I was floored.

Here is a guy who has the money, believes in the product, the business model, yet he will not go forward.

All I can say is he is a victim of what I call the wussy mindset.

Let's discuss another example of a wussy mindset.

According to the Direct Sales Association, the average MLM career for a new distributor is 93 days.

You have to be kidding me?

The astonishing thing is these people have the audacity to complain the MLM system is flawed, I did not get enough support, the company is a scam, I lost money, and more.

Really?

You really expect success within 93 days?

I cannot think of anything in life that you could be successful and achieve results if you just stick with it for 93 days, get real!

Another example of a wussy mindset is to believe and expect to get rich quickly.

I see this all the time too.

If a business can grow that fast it can also fall just as fast.

I only want to be involved in a MLM that will still pay me 25 years from now. I do not worry about short term small growth that is probably better as you can build up a loyal customer base.
