“PUMP and DUMP”- Blowing the Lid off of the Dirty Little Secret of "SOME" Network Marketing Companies

Read More: Gossip

The term “Pump and Dump” originated as a description for an illegal scheme performed in the stock market.

Today, if you were to Google the phrase “Pump and Dump Scheme”, it would result in the following definition;

(n) pump-and-dump scheme (an illegal scheme for making money by manipulating stock prices; the schemer persuades other people to buy the stock and then sells it himself as soon as the price of the stock rises)

However, this practice is not only related to the stock market. It is also related to the Network Marketing Industry.

There are people who are known in the MLM industry as “Heavy Hitters.” A Heavy Hitter is someone who has done well, a top money earner, in the MLM industry. These people have done their homework, worked hard, learned the skills, and created great wealth.

There are also people in the industry who can be called Heavy Hitters buy a loose definition of the term. These people have achieved the great wealth, but by unethical means. For the purpose of this article, so as not to disrespect the true Heavy Hitters, I will refer to this second group as UHHs, (Unethical Heavy Hitters).

New MLM opportunities are started up every day by UHHs, who move from company to company engaging in the illegal act of “enticement”, which is “To attract by arousing hope or desire; lure”, (i.e. showing new marketers large paychecks payable to themselves or their team members).

This is done to “PUMP” the marketer up and make them believe they’re in a business with a great compensation plan and business model that will provide them with the opportunity build a great business and achieve similar income levels. Since the UHH’s team was brought to the new MLM opportunity as a whole unit, and not built within the existing business structure, it’s just smoke and mirrors.

After the UHHs have generated enough excitement and attracted enough people to the opportunity, and made a ton of money, they “DUMP” the opportunity and are off to find their next opportunity leaving the unsuspecting marketer behind and struggling to build an income in a business that does not have the structure to meet their goals.

In spite of this, there is a definite way to avoid falling victim to this scheme. It’s what every Network Marketer should know before joining any opportunity. It is called the 5 Pillars to your Success. You can find this information at www.WhyMentoringMatters.com.

No one needs to learn the hard way.

The pitch - the #1 mistake

Jasmeen. You have provided an extremely valuable piece of content, building toward a tremendous case of know, like and trust until .... you started your pitch. Attraction marketing should be a breeze for you. With your talent and skill set, people will join YOU but any kind of a pitch at all is detracting from you.
YOU took a worn out topic, made it fresh, interesting and understandable. Create your own company ID and your own capture page and I can guarantee you that you will have people joining YOU ! Excellent job.
To your success,
Joyce

Jasmeen Bravo

Jasmeen I am so glad for this article. Before Mentoring for free I would of been the victim of "pump and dump"(what a great line) The only kind of person who would assume that you are not having Success must be a sad lonely person. Some people waste their time trying to figure it all out alone. And spend a lot of money doing that. But some people have found a system that is simple and easy to use. And are having Awesome Success! Thanks Jasmeen YOU ROCK!
I appreciate you
