As an existing ABN Member why was email marketing to me poor?
The launch of the ABN and it's new rules on who posts what are a huge step in the right direction. I have been a paying member of ABN for several months now proudly displaying my badge on my Blog.
Question why did I keep receiving email telling me I had X hours left causing me to see of I had done something wrong? Each time I would click log in and find out yes I was still an accredited member and I could post content.
Was ABN's email marketing campaign unable to distinguish between existing paying ABN members and free members? This is fairly fundamental marketing and I am forced to wonder why I recieved about 5 unneccessary emails all taking up my time to check if I really was still an ABN member and could post content?
Jason I think there is a lesson to be learned here. Have two mailing lists possibly?
