My Network Marketing Company is Better Than Yours - Argh!
Have You Heard or Experienced the Debate, “My Network Marketing Company is Better Than Yours?”
Now, how about the prospect who witnessed this firsthand, how did this work for them?
Most likely it didn’t work out.
You see when two network marketing companies are competing in who is better right in front of the prospect what they are really saying is — “You can’t trust network marketing!”
I agree, it’s good to believe yours is the best company and so should anyone else about their company. I know I do.
But what shouldn’t happen is a debate in which is better because all it’s going to lead to is a battle of sorts.
So, in the event this debate does surface, the best way to handle it is to acknowledge that theirs might be the best company but all you know is your company works for you and it has _______ (insert your story or someone in your teams' story).
Ladies and gentlemen, amatuers debate and leaders acknowledge then move forward.
In fact, a debate also pushes away people from entering network marketing all together. That is not a good thing and it certainly doesn’t give our industry a good name.
What that means for you is another potential client or partner who could’ve had his/her success, won’t even come close to it. Not to mention, they will be more inclined to bad mouth network marketing.
The next time you see a debate of who’s network marketing company is better please don’t give in to it.
