The Truth About Network Marketing

As i started to write this article about Network Marketing all of a sudden i had mental constipation, nothing was coming out. It saddens me everytime i think about what has happened to this great industry. The only industry that is fair, the only industry where your success is determined by how much you help others succeed unlike the dog eat dog world we live in today. But maybe you're one of those people who have had a bad experience with Network Marketing, of course you're views are valid as well and it hurts me deeply that you have had to witness the things you have first hand about our industry, which is not what it is at all.
When we refer to the term "Network Marketing", most people that are not familiar with the industry would straight away think of "pyramid" or "pyramid scheme". Pyramid schemes are illegal and by all means is nothing and has nothing to do with what the Network Marketing industry really stands for. Network Marketing is 100% legimate with many companies turning over more than 10 billion dollars per annum and is fully endorsed by big names such as Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki and Zig Ziglar, the list can go on.
The truth about Network Marketing is, it is not the industry that is bad, it is people who have made the industry bad. Network Marketing is an industry that has changed many lives and has developed many leaders in our society today. I think many people have to grasp and understand that Network Marketing at the end of the day is a business, B.U.S.I.N.E.S.S. When you start Network Marketing you are starting your OWN business and just like any other business, it takes time, hard work and commitment to make it a success. Many people will bring up the facts that more than 90% of people fail in Network Marketing and i'm here to tell you "yes" that is correct, and just like Network Marketing more than 90% of traditional businesses also fail within their first year. The only difference is you will never risk losing more capital in Network Marketing than you would in traditional business. After all, you can start your own Network Marketing business anywhere from $100 to $500 sometimes more, sometimes less. I don't know of anything else in this world where you can invest so little yet the rewards are the same if not more than any other small or big business can offer, and i think that is where the problem is. Just as it is easy to start and get into, it is just as easy to quit or not do anything with it.
People come into the industry, show a few people their business, get rejections, aren't able to sell their products or whatever their problems may be and then they all "QUIT". After that, the very same people are the ones that go around saying and giving their opinions that Network Marketing doesn't work. Well they're half right because yes it didn't work... it didn't work for them, it does not mean that it won't work for you and i. Network Marketing just like any other business, if you do alot, you will make alot, if you do a little, you will make a little and if you do nothing, guess what? you will make absolutely NOTHING! If you are researching the industry or maybe you're someone that has been approached by someone representing a Network Marketing company and you're doing research about that particular company, my advice is, don't just go and google the companies or ask your friends and families opinions. Get your information from the right people in the industry or successful leaders from that particular company. Most companies have weekly Business Overview Meetings and training events, go and do your research there, that is what they are there for and don't be afraid to approach the speaker and ask questions. What i'm trying to say here is that if you're going to research about this industry, do research it properly and don't take peoples opinions especially one's that have never done it. There are 2 free things in life, the water we drink and peoples opinions, water will keep us alive but peoples opinions can kill us. I totally understand that Network Marketing is not for everyone but if you are someone that say's NO to it, at least know what you're saying no to. Say no for the right reasons not the wrong reasons.
