How to Work From Home

Everyone I know loves to work from home.  You can avoid the hassle of getting up in the morning, trying to get a whole bunch of stuff done, and get out the door like a typical job or business requires. Working from Home provides a lifestyle like you can’t imagine.  Now begs the question:  How the heck do you work from home?  This article will give you the exact action steps of what you need to do.

I believe there are two ways:

1.    Get a job that allows you to work from home.  The problem I have with this “way” is you still have to answer to an employer.  So if you want to sleep in late, missing a conference call or something, you are in trouble.  I quickly destroyed this option from my list of ways to work from home.

2.    Start a home based business part time.  I think this is the best option for most people.  The additional income will give you the ability to pay down debt while getting your job.  Also it gives you time to figure out how to actually build the business while still making an income.

For me the second option makes a much more sense that searching for a job that can be taking away from me any time.  The challenge with finding a home based business is knowing what kind of business and will it be able to realistically provides enough money to work from home.

I had this same problem when I started searching for a home-based business.  The mistake I made in the beginning was chasing small profits, meaning when I made a sale I would only profit 20 to 50 dollars.  This is not nearly enough money to replace my income.  It all change when I started going after big profits 1,000 to 9000 dollars per sale.  It is much easier to make a lot of money when you only need a few sales to make a significant amount of money.
