Breaking News, Oprah Winfrey and Dr Oz Are On The Warpath

It has recently been announced that Oprah Winfrey and Dr Oz have initiated a lawsuit against Monavie and 40 other companies that use the Acai berry in their products. The lawsuit states that in no way does either Oprah or Dr Oz endorse or encourage the use of the Acai berry. The lawsuit goes so far as to say that some of these companies are nothing more that credit card scams and that the Acai berry does not do what it is claimed. Many distributors have claimed that both Oprah and Dr Oz have both endorsed this product. I personally am not sure that Monavie was aware of the actions of its distributors.
