You have to be on top of it, there are many, many programs out there that are either in the grey zone, or flat out illegal. Education is the remedy, so get educated!

It amazes me that people will be quick to call something a pyramid before doing their homework. I could sign up a million people under me in my company and I wouldn't even make one dollar. Until the product is sold no one makes money and we aren't required to buy the product just because we sell it. Can you imagine going to work in a brick and mortar business and you have to buy something they sell to get a paycheck?
