One day in July 1969, a young insurance salesman went to work, thinking it would be just another normal workday. What preceded to happen that day not only drastically changed his life, but the lives of many others.

He was out around town making his collection calls, minding his own business. He was heading to another stop when suddenly the driver of the vehicle coming towards him, crossed the line and hit him head on.

His car was completely demolished. To see it you would wonder how anyone could have survived, but God spared his life. He was hospitalized and in severe condition.

Fortunately, being an insurance salesman, he knew the value of insurance and having proper coverage, so he had insurance. His medical insurance covered his medical expenses and his car was covered through his automobile insurance. He even had life insurance if he had been killed. He felt like he had all his insurance needs well covered.

Then he found out that the other driver, even though at fault, was going to file a lawsuit against him. He was forced to get a lawyer to represent him. The cost of defending himself in this frivilous lawsuit, drained his savings and put him on the brink of bankruptcy.

He knew this wasn’t right and that he had been treated unfairly. Justice was blind in this case. This was the beginning of a series of events that would change his life forever. He was not satisfied to forget about this.

He began to do some study and research on what could be done to prevent this type of thing from happening to himself and others. He had all other types of insurance, how could he have protection against legal matters?
