When you have a conflict with some one how you handle it ? Chances are you spend a great deal of time negotiating  compromising or maybe  you  just   argued  until one of you  walk  away as a winner .

Well what it you have a  issue let say a mechanic ,contractor ,suppliers, retail store how you resolve it , what if it  more serious  you get  sued by a someone or a costumer or   facing a foreclosure or  bankruptcy, audited by IRS , or you have your identity stolen  how you resolve it and where do you turn ?

Do you have a power to influence the national auto chain or multi- million dollar clouding store? ,
Or do you even  know what to do in front of the judge ,  IRS auditor or credit repository ?.

Think abut it if you are told one thing but the lease you say another how has  the power ? And when that merchandise you just purchased falls a part and manufacturer wont owner the warranty or they don't belive your story who has the power ?

When a dry cleaner mess up your favorite shirt ,and they say it was drop of that way who has  the power ?

Well if they have attorney and you don't  they have a Power !!!

But  who is going to Hire  an attorney for a few hundred dollars for a $200 dollars repair or $40 dollars shirt ?

You just want do it and they know it , it is not who is right or wrong it is who has the POWER

Wouldn't  be nice to tack to a attorney and have his or her advice and representation with out worrying about the Bill?

Would you have used an attorney in the past few years

for ANYTHING if someone ELSE would have paid  ALL or PART of the attorney bill FOR you ?

Have you ever . . .

. thought about writing or revising your Will?
. purchased a home?
. needed advice on community property laws?
. purchased a defective product and been ignored by the manufacturer?
. paid a bill you knew was unfair?
. been involved in a property dispute?
.  received a moving traffic violation you thought was unjustified?
.  been a defendant in a civil lawsuit?
.  been involved in a separation or divorce?
.  had a problem with child support or visitation rights?
.  signed a legally binding document and been sorry later?
.  wanted advice on a credit matter?
.  worried about being audited by the IRS?
.  had difficulty collecting an insurance claim?
.  signed a lease you’d like to change?
.  had questions about your civil rights?
.  signed an escrow agreement and wished you’d had legal advice?
.  needed assistance in dealing with the purchase of a new or used car?
.  had questions about the legality of tax shelters?
.  wanted to know about guardianship responsibilities for your children?

With no obligation on your part,

we can show you how over one million people have access to a lawyer for less than the cost of a cup of coffee a day.
