Two things resonated with me from her interview.
#1: Be yourself. Use the stuff you have as tools to build relationships
#2: She is obviously a woman in her own right. She recognizes your strengths without feeling it is taking anything away from her. A true partnership forged with respect for each other and that is AWESOME !
