The new WorksTeam Training website and affiliate program launched in August, 2009, and has been getting tons of positive feedback. The Works Team is NOT a team in the traditional network marketing sense. The WorksTeam provides the “big picture” and a community where you can get your questions answered and Renegade Professional provide the step-by-step process of how to get there. The WorksTeam can be a “stepping stone” to ease people into understanding how they can market more effectively or start a business.

The WorksTeam was founded from a “Master mind” group of independent marketers, one of which was Ann Sieg.  She was part of the WorksTeam before Renegade Marketer was even an idea, although she was beginning to impliment attraction marketing principles back then with the other WorksTeam founders before we even knew the phrase “attraction marketing”.

The Works Team Leaders and Trainers are people who have been in our industry a while, and proven themselves to not only achieve a certain level of success in their own right, but have helped others as well. We believe in real world, solid nuts and bolts training, and keep up to date with what is working NOW in the industry. The training concentrates on utilizing online marketing effectively, website development, promoting yourself, becoming a ’solution provider’ and becoming a successful independent marketer – the areas that are often lacking in other readily available training.

The orginal WorksTeam site was only accessible to those working directly with a WorksTeam member, but now anyone may join and become a WorksTeam member for a nominal monthly fee.  This gives you access to our weekly live training Webinars, resources and training that will help you build any business more effectively, and access to the archived Works Team library of over 100 hours of video training as of June, 2009 – and growing.  Each week the live training webinars are recorded and added to the WorksTeam Library.

The WorksTeam has had many comments about the timeliness and diversity of the training. Because many of the WorksTeam leaders have seen training programs that just keep rehashing the same topics, it is important to us to keep adding up-to-date, new training so members can continue to keep ahead of their competition.  If you are not moving forward in this industry… you are falling behind.

When you subscribe as a WorksTeam member you automatically are an affiliate and earn 50% commission on any of your referred paid members. You can refer your downline, business associates, affiliates or anyone you feel would benefit.
