What is a Coded Bonus?

Well it can be the difference between 10k amonth on the back end in residual and 100k a month on the front end in coded Bonuses.
So you need to educate yourself on coded Bonuses and the companies that have them.
A coded bonus is not a matching bonus.
When you have a coded bonus all the people that you sponsor and that they sponsor are coded to you and you get a check when they sign up any new people
So lets say you have 50 people on your team you make 1500 a month with 50 people in Residual. That is from thier Auto ship. OUt of those 50 people you have 5 workers who are building and they bring in 5 people that month and you have the other 45 who bring in 5 all together.
You are coded to all of them. So all the new people brought into your organization you get a Bonus check every month for that. Lets say that you are code Bonus to them for 200 bucks. you would make 10 X 200 = 2000 dollars on the Front end of the pay plan. So 1000 in residual and 2000 in front end Code Bonus. How would that make you feel? 3000 total for the month with 50 people and 5 workers.
So now you have 60 people on your team the next month and you get a check for 1800 on the residual your same 5 builders sponsor one and the other 55 sponser 5 again. so your front end is 2000 in Coded Bonus again and your back end is 1800. so that month you make 4800. on only 60 people on your team.
Now the next month you got 70 on auto ship = 2100 in Residual
And you bring in 1 your 5 top leaders bring in 1 and the other 65 bring in 10
1+5+10 = 16 on the one you bring in you make an extra 200 so that is 300 but the other 15 is still 200
so your Front end check is now 3000. Bucks you are making over 5000 a month and it just keeps going up on the front end even when people quit on the Back end.
That is what a coded Bonus is when you make money forever and ever on all the new people brought in to your organization.
