What Your Successful Upline Will Never Tell You
If you have been recruited into MLM or a network marketing business, you probably know that you are working for the people on your upline. You might be working very hard to meet your expectations, but you might be disappointed by some of the results that you are getting. Have you ever wondered if your upline is hiding something from you?
Sometimes, your upline hides many truths from you. For one thing, engaging in an MLM business does not guarantee your success. In fact, many people have tried hard and failed in their business venture. Only 1 out of 1000 can get to earn a six-figure income with MLM. What's worse is that newcomers have a 98% chance of failing in their business.
People on your upline sometimes care only for themselves. The residual income in MLM is really very effective. With more people joining on the business, the people on the upline can get to earn much more. Sometimes, they just recruit more and more people and leave them to work their way up on their own. Without support, direction, and assistance on how to do things, many members just end up leaving the business.
Another thing about the upline is that messages to them seem to be ignored. Most of the time, messages that members send to them are not returned. Without constant contact, many of the downline members would not even try to succeed. Without experience to guide them, members of the downline would definitely end up failing on their business.
Sometimes, your upline would even give your false information. Many members of your upline might think that they know everything when it comes to your business. In the end, they end up with less members and less income. Members usually believe the information that is being handed to them. If they get bad information, they would not have the results that they expect for their business.
Your upline might even go so far as to give you the wrong kind of training. When their members are improperly trained, they would become ineffective in doing business. If members receive bad training, they would most likely quit the business once they know that what they have been doing was wrong. If your upline does this, you and your downline may suffer the consequences. You would have less income since newer members would not be competent given their bad training.
There are ways though that you could avoid your upline keeping secrets from you. The best thing that you should do is to get to know your upline personally. You should try to have an interest with them. This way, they would also have an interest in you and keep you updated.
Even though there are things that your immediate upline might not tell you, you should not take this as a hindrance to your success. Although they keep some of their secrets, you can probably learn them from other sources. If you want to succeed in MLM, you should get to know some of their secrets and use them.

That's a big topic Preston
Good common sense article Preston.
In the 80's and 90's I built an Amway business
and even though I was very connected with my upline
I still had a feeling things were hidden from us.
They were I found out later after I left the business.
I did well though in spite of that.
Things are so different now and we are in the right spot for training and learning.
I don't build my network marketing business as my main thing
any more since I read Mike's MS book 3 years ago.
It is not a real business as Mike says in that book.
I wish you all the luck hard work will bring you.
