When it comes to Webinars, what are the main reasons people don't attend. Assuming, that is, that it has been properly promoted with the correct date, time and etc?

Maybe they do come to the webinar...

Just because you may not have a big audience at the scheduled time of the webinar may not mean you are not getting views. Most webinars are recorded because of the world wide audience and the time differences. You may want to track the views along with the attendees. I find some go back many times to review the same webinar.
