What Is A Business Coach?

 Network Marketers often use a coach to improve their business in a variety of situations and because they need one.

A coach provides guidance, support and positive motivation, and helps keep the business owner on target and focused.

An upline sponsor or mentor functions differently than a coach because they have a different type of investment in the business. An upline's responsibility is to train a new person. An upline also inspires and motivates with confidence and enthusiasm. However, sometimes motivation comes from the use of hype, which should always be avoided; people feel tricked and manipulated when hype is used to influence them.

In our complex society, it is easy to become side-tracked on things that have no real importance in our business pursuits. A good coach identifies this situation and steers the client back on course. Having this valuable asset is vital for business owners.

Owning a small business or a Network Marketing home-based business is difficult at times.  And often, it is a challenge to stay positive and on target when the business is not producing as well as expected. This is when a good coach can be a powerful resource when he or she understands the client’s vision, dreams, aspirations, and commitment level, and when he or she uses that knowledge to motivate the owner and/or key partners.

To sum it up, a good Business Coach is an invaluable asset for the business in improving sales, marketing strategy, management problems, team building, and more.

I am Judith Sherman, a Network Marketing Coach. With my many years of experience in Multi-Level Marketing and various business ventures, I've learned the value of a good business coach. As a result, I know you need a coach that possess a good understanding of success principles and has first-hand knowledge of what causes people to succeed or fail.

Good business coaches know how to guide you, they've walked the walk and talked the talk, so do not waste your time on people who have not been seasoned in the field of Network Marketing and business opportunities. Look for people who know how to apply solid business principles. Good coaches know what works and what does not, they've likely already done most of the things they teach and know them as real-life truths.

It’s true that I have had some business failures - it’s just part of being in business and in Network Marketing - so I am familiar with what lies we tell ourselves and the excuses we use to camouflage our fears or to keep us from moving out of our comfort zones. Nothing we do will work well unless we overcome our fears and do what other people are unwilling to do to succeed. You need to understand this basic truth and the coach you choose must understand this truth as well.

Let me offer you my services for at least five FREE half-hour sessions. We can discuss what you need to do to succeed in both life and business. If that means we adjust the time we need to spend, then that is what we will do.

Let me warn you, however, that I am not like most coaches. My focus is on being successful in life and family FIRST, and then in business. Also, I do not agree with DOING WHATEVER IT TAKES TO SUCCEED. I believe that we put things in perspective, and then we must keep all of the facets of our lives in balance and in alignment with God and the universe in order to succeed in our endeavors. It is unlikely that you will hear this type of statement from most consultants or advisers.
