MLM Success Formula - Patience + Urgency

I know this sounds contradictory, but to be successful in your MLM business, you must create urgency and exude patience.

To be loyal, your people require that you be accepting of what they do and patient with them. To achieve results, you have to get your team to see the urgency of their actions. Tough line to walk? Sure. So what?

If you aren’t patient, you will get extremely frustrated. If you are easily annoyed, bothered, and irritated, then you really need to work on your ability to practice patience. When you add that level of ease and acceptance to your life, both your personal life and your MLM success will be much smoother.

By the same token, you and your people must be focused. It’s common for people to think they have forever to be successful in MLM. Not true. Their time on this planet could be over tomorrow. Nothing is guaranteed. Nothing will ever pay you better in this life than becoming an expert in getting others to see the urgency of their situation.

Technique #1 to become more patient is to stay and live in the present moment. No matter what the external pressures on you … all of which are passed down from the future … you will keep your patience so long as you stay in the present.

Relax. Breathe more slowly. Getting upset is counterproductive to every dream you have. Just let it go …

Technique #2 to be able to communicate the urgency of a situation is to really see it yourself. NOTHING is more urgent than getting a person to take to heart and execute a daily ritual of Slight Edge techniques. Make sure they understand The Slight Edge. Spend time with them figuring out which Slight Edge techniques they should be using. Get them to contact you daily, affirming that they have done those few little things they agreed to do.

Be certain they understand that if they ignore the urgency of the Slight Edge, then they will NEVER reach their own dreams of MLM success.
