More Failure
So if the onus is on you and you fail, it's your fault. No matter how much you do exactly as you are told.
Magnetic Sponsoring is about building 'you.inc'. So how do you pick yourself up after 'failing', after doing what all your leaders have told you, to follow another?
I can hear the extremists say well it depends how much you want it.
I really, really, really wanted to go to the Olympics. I trained, I believed, I ate, you name it. But I didn't make it. I really, really, really didn't have what it takes. So is that my fault or just how it is?
The crux of what I'm really trying to say here is a lot of bad press comes from people who didn't/couldn't make it. So let's, as an industry, not take people's money until we're confident that they can at least make it to the reserves.
It's easy to recruit failures, but in the long term you are not doing them or yourself any favours.
Provide them with resources that are actually going to work not just the 'company' line.
I didn't make the Olympics and I have made my peace with that. But what I learned while trying to get there served me well throughout my whole life.
Make your recruits' experience with you, life changing for the better, not the worse. Don't give them anything to give bad press about.
