I started Internet Marketing for probably the same reason everyone else did, THE MONEY! I quickly found out that the money isn't just sitting there ready to be plucked from the bank. This was going to take work, commitment, and time.

As time passed and I sacrificed, I came to realize my dream or goal was much more than just money related, I had a purpose! You have to if you wish to succeed in this arena. You have to have a strong reason for going through all the learning and missed time from the family. I mean, here I was working 12 to 14 hours a day, 6 days a week, with my regular job and coming home and spending hours on the computer every night. Something has to motivate you and compel you keep going. Those that do not have a strong passion to succeed for their own reasons will FAIL!

My wife and I do not have kids at this time, but we trying. We want the all American dream of a family. I was blessed to receive a gift one day, my two young adoptive sister-in-laws. I think this was a blessing anyways. My wife's mother was moving from Salt Lake City to Florida where we live. She was unable to get the move done before her adopted 10 and 11-year-old daughters would start school. So, my wife and I took over custody and put them into school. Wow, Poof, Instant Family. I quickly learned what it was going to be like to have a family in my current situation. The Money was no longer my reason or purpose. I made very good money as a leader in my trade. Time to spend with my family had now become the biggest motivation.

I watched helplessly as my wife did everything including work a night job. My job consumed so much of my life; that days would go by that I did not even see the girls. I was up and out the door before they ever got up for school and home so late that they had already gone to bed. My wife was so worn out; I thought she was going to give up. I felt almost ashamed that I had not even thought about this. Yet here we were trying to have a baby of our own.

I grew up in very similar circumstances; my father was hardly home because of work. I know now as an adult that is was for the good of the family, but the things he missed and my sisters and I as well. I promised myself I would not be the same way. Yet there I was living the exact life as my father. It was then that I realized my goal had changed and that this business was way more than just a way to make extra money, but a way to change my life and my future.

Until learning this lesson, my business had gone nowhere. Sure I made a couple of little checks, but I was still in the hole and digging deeper. What I saw as the outcome was not big enough to sustain my business. Had I not realized what was really at stake, I would have failed. Instead I am now driving harder than ever at my goal and am getting there in record-breaking time. The learning, leads, and overall marketing have sky rocketed.

Now when people stop and ask me what I do for a living, I simple tell them, "I teach people how to change their lives and the lives of their family."
