With every thing that is going on in the world, it's a wonder that we get anything done. Have you ever found yourself glued to the TV? I mean watching the news where it just keeps going over and over the same old story, but from a slightly different angle? And your just hoping to get a little better feel for the story? Have you ever rushed home and hurried through dinner so you would not miss your favorite TV show? Or eat in front of the TV? I am a big sports fan and love the Chicago teams so I have been guilty of watching a game instead of doing a chore. How is it to start the day without the paper and your coffee? The news, the sporting events, or the favorite shows, do the improve or add to the quality of our lives?
I think not. In fact I have turned the TV OFF! I do not read the newspaper. Do not listen to the radio (pandora radio only). I have decided to block any Negative from my life! I read a chapter of the book Think and Grow Rich each week. After I read the chapter a few times I put my thoughts about what I have read in an e-mail and send them to my good friends. They are reading the same chapter as me and so they will be able to give me positive feed back on my thoughts. All of our ideas are shared and our minds are expanded. We are growing. We are enriching our lives!
I do not miss all the negative that was transmitted out of the boob tube into my brain! I do not miss all the stuff that is in the newspapers either. When I am at work and someone starts to talk negative I Speak up and say something like "Lets keep it positive!" or I walk away. I do not have room in my mind for the Negative. I know that I am far from perfect! But I am working to improve who I am!
Another HUGE benefit of this 30 day Mental Cleanse is that my mind is no longer cluttered and scattered like the headline. I can focus and accomplish what I need to do. I get my chores done and can concentrate on what is important and the things that Will improve the Quality of my life!
You do not have to be in any company or be a member of any system to participate in this exercise. You only have to turn off the tv, drink plenty of water, read the book Think and Grow Rich, and commit to 30 days. Hey, Tim!
I just started the Mental Cleanse yesterday. I've got the books and am reading now. Look for me on the evening call tomorrow.
Most of what's required should be easy for me because I also listen only to Pandora radio, and don't read newspapers anyhow. And we gave up cable TV as too extravagant a couple of years ago when we had 250 channels and there was still "nothing on!"
It's time for me to focus on building the business while I have fun. I'll be talking with you!

I personally stay away from the popular media. I find their message is meant to discourage us from our goals. The new media would be better labeled as gossip rags.
Focus on your goals and desires, don't become a victims for the government to use to further socialism. Remember they need victims.
The world is like a soap opera, Tune in once a month ans you are up to date.

Best Thing I Ever Did....
The 30 day Mental Cleanse has been life changing for me. There is a protective wall around me and NO negativity is welcome.
