3 Steps To A More Productive You

Read More: Personal Development

1. Make Sure Your Goals Are Clearly Set

The Entrepreneur and personal growth guru Paul Meyer said that clarity is  essential to  achieving your goals, ultimately if you are not making the desired progress you would expect and are capable of, there is no reason other than your goals are not clearly defined, so take time to map this out before embarking on your goal achieving journey.

2. Appreciate And Value YOU

Think about that for a minute….until you value yourself, you certainly will not value your time, in my experience the previous point and this go hand in hand are two essential bed fellows. Until you value YOUR time you will find it hard to do ANYTHING with it.

3. Identify What's Important And What's Not.

It is a noble art of getting things done and being able to leave other things undone. You have to realise that at times you have to just let go and stop micro-managing every aspect of your life. Remember your productivity is not the be all and all, that things such as family, exercise and well being are just as important, as Lin Yutang the author of The Importance Of Living said "The wisdom of life consists in the elimination of non-essentials"
