Are you prepared?
I have found that personal development is critical to the success of your business. As a newbie starting out I never would have imagined the constant challenges someone goes through to ge their business off the ground. Even though I'm still not making the big bucks that I would like to, others have stated that my personal development has now prepared me to "reap the fruits of my labor." You can earn as you learn in this business, but you'll eventually plateau out. Only through persistence, determination and consistentcy will you continue to move forward.
I use the example of a "trowel". A trowel is the tool that bricklayers use to spread mortar and lay bricks. As you repeat the motion of applying brick upon brick with your trowel, you then build a wall. As that wall continues to get bigger and bigger, you stand back and admire the large assembly you've created. That "wall of belief" will now allow to be more confident in speaking to others, handling objections, allowing you to project an "aura of pride" that you are now a proud business owner.
Continue to learn from others, and don't quit because someone else says "it can't be done!"
