Read More: Yep, I stepped in it, I may as well fess up, it’s on my shoes anyway. I need to accept responsibility and be accountable for my actions. It’s the only way I will learn from my mistakes, grow and get better.
I have been struggling a tiny bit. There, I said it!! Whew , What a relief. Now, do ya care to know why?
I have all this great training. I have a great group of people I work with. I have an awesome company that respects me. So…What the hell is going wrong?
You can have all of that and NONE of it matters if you don’t use the tools given to you . I have all the training in the world I can ask for and awesome Mentors but I have not been very Coach able lately.
You see, I have a Blue Personality and one of those traits is lack of focus. Thanks to my the outstanding leaders I have they picked up on that right away and pointed me in the right direction.
You see, a Great Leader is not there to solve our problems for us. They are there to point us in the direction of the solution and let us solve it ourselves. That way we learn. While sitting in the doctors office yesterday, I finally caught on to some of the training that isn’t hard but for some reason I was not getting.
But because I was directed where to go I was able to do this for myself and now will never forget nor will I neglect it.
The best part is I have recognized this so now is the time to fix it. There is ALWAYS TIME TO FIX IT.
A valuable lesson learned and one soon never to be forgotten. And please remember to never suffer in silence. That can be the worst thing to ever do in trying to build your business.
I have only spent 2 days being back on track working this awesome training the way it was meant to and already have had tremendous results. I shall not stray….I shall not stray.
I can help plug you in to this same system, but remember there is a catch…..YA GOTTA USE IT !!!!!!

Thanks so much for the confession. Knowing others struggle with the same thing we have struggled with helps to leave that struggle in the past and keep on moving forward.

Thats the Beauty of this Industry, Everyday is a New Day! No matter what we did Yesterday we can always do more today!
I think we've all been there at least once
I know I was. Set the 90 day goal, flat out worked the system, 30 days into it had 2 sign ups into my primary business, 45 days later they quit and I was right back at Day 1.
Eighteen months wasted because I forgot the golden rule: plan, do and review. Is it me? Is it the system? Is it the comp plan? All questions that need to be answered in the review part.
