Congratulations to Mike Dillard - Milestone Accomplished!

What a proud moment in time for Mike to be in a position to turn over the helm to Tim Erway.  The sign of leadership is to groom someone to share similar philosophies with you, honor the core mission of the company and grow to new levels of success.  Most people miss the mark allowing ego to enter into the picture.  Kudos to Mike for his brillant application to the world of leadership and personal development.

We all know the challenge of building an empire, a dynasty and/or a legacy.  In order to move forward in life, one must have a vision for the future.  Surrounding yourself with top producers serves you well in your quest for purpose.  What a tribute to an outstanding man who stands tall and proud of his accomplishments not only here in the BN community but in many of his outside endeavors.

Anyone can make money but not everyone can live and enjoy life.  Finding the balance is what keeps us moving in new directions, smiling more often and sharing great moments in time with one another.
