3 Secret Steps to Power Your MLM Sponsoring Success
We all want the easiest steps to success in mlm sponsoring, don’t we. We have read so many articles and blogs and watched so many videos on this subject, but we still struggle to sponsor new people. And sponsoring new people is an absolute requirement to achieve any level on success in any mlm business.
I believe we can break this down into 3 simple sounding steps to radically improve your success in sponsoring new people into your mlm business.
Step 1. Defining what you really want. Some call this dreaming and others use goals. Jack Zufelt calls this your Core Desires. But you must have a real reason for building your mlm business or a thousand little interferences will keep you from doing what you need to do to achieve your success.
You can determine what you really want and even what your God given purpose is for your life. This is extremely important for you to determine to provide you the excitement and the drive for you to do all of the things, like prospecting, that are required in order for you to achieve your success. Without determining what your purpose, your dreams, your Core Desires, are will leave you unable to be successful. Your goals will drive you to success.
So take the time to search this out. Ask yourself what you really want. Get this fixed in your mind. Then create any necessary reminders of it and place them where you cannot miss seeing them and be reminded of where you are going and why.
Step 2. Learn from the Strangest Secret. Earl Nightingale did a speech which became a recording and started the entire self-improvement industry called “The Strangest Secret.” In this speech Mr. Nightingale pointed out that many people over history have figured out this secret. Everyone who figures this out thinks he is the first one to do so. He called it the Strangest Secret because it is not a secret at all.
The Strangest Secret is so simple most of us miss it as we are looking for something much more complicated. The Strangest Secret is We Become What We Think About. That is it; we become what we think about. So if you have determined what you really want and are now consumed by achieving it, then you are already thinking about getting your dream, your Core Desire.
If you are like me, then there are a lot of things you can think about during your day. But do any of them take you closer to the success you desire? You must focus your thinking attention on the things that will take you toward your success for your thoughts determine your destiny.
Step 3. The Common Denominator of Success. We are indebted to Albert Gray, from the insurance industry as Earl Nightingale was also, for publishing The Common Denominator of Success. After researching many successful and unsuccessful people, Mr. Gray found the common denominator of success and basically failure also.
The common denominator of success is successful people form the habit of doing the things that failures do not like to do. Unsuccessful people will not do what they do not like to do and will accept the results they get from only doing the things they like to do. Successful people do what they do not like to do in order to have the results they desire to have.
If you want financial freedom bad enough, then you will form the habit of prospecting and calling the people that probably do not want to talk to you at first. I know it is not comfortable at first, but it does get easier as you get better and better at prospecting.
So define what you want, constantly think about what you want, and form the habit of doing what you do not want to do, then you will have success. Then everyone will want to hear your secret to success in your mlm business.
