Are you Disciplined?    

I just visited Fort Sill, Ok.  My son recently graduated from Basic Training.  10 weeks of total discipline.  I doubt I could go through the process he has just completed.  To say I am proud is an understatement.  He has succeeded in step one of a process.  All through these ten weeks he and his platoon have had ups and downs.  But they persevered.  They have the discipline to keep on keeping on.  Yes, you can say that he has someone in his ear disciplining him all the time, but the bottom line is the individual has to accept the responsibility to succeed and Do It!

What would happen to your business, or my business if we applied the discipline that is required in basic training?  They do not have TV, Telephones, Newspapers, Radios, Electronic games, no distractions!  Just the training they signed up for and then once a week (maybe) they get their phones to call someone for a short time.  Then back to their cloistered  world.  I ask you and myself again, "What would happen to our business if we disciplined to focus all on the business for 10 straight weeks?  No Tv, No Radio, No negative influences, No Newspapers, just read a book(Self improvement or a biography of a successful person) each week and other than your full Time job (if you have one) spend time in your business.  Of course you will have family time.  Just let yourself schedule it and stick to it.  

This challenge is not one that will be monitored, except by you so what do you have to lose?  Your Job?  Or your freedom?
