Can you go the distance???
I don't want to hit you with any RA_RA good feeling mumbo jumbo crap. I just have to keep it 100%, im from queens,ny and thats what we do. If 100 people read this article only 3 will still be in business next year. The reason why is because nowadays in our instant gratification world nobody has the fortitude to stick to it.
Back in the day of our parents set a goal, they followed the path of the goal and gave it an honest shot. Not everybody but more than today.
WE HAVE BECOME A NATION OF INSTANT GRATIFICATION JUNKIES.
We are the microwave generation, the internet age. we don't have time to get a home cooked meal We need a hotpocket now!
We don't have time to get dressed and get ready to go to the library and search for our answer...... WE just google it! (or bing it like me)
We don't have time to wait until we get home and speak to our friends about our bad day........ We just pull out ou Iphone
But even though this is the case this provides an added bonus for the 2 people out of 100 who can actually go the distance. Since people want instant gratification and people don't have the fortitude to stick to any one thing, embracing, this can make you a fortune.
People are less complacent ( in there mind), they want a better marketing system, make one. People will get tired of it, jump to a new system, then you make a new one, they will jump right back. You make one product they love it, the systes still work, but they want one that says copyright 2012 on the botom instead of copyright 09 so they can feel like they have cuting edge stuff. Do it.
The next big social media network drops, and you have figured out how to leverage it. Great now share it with the community, because now all the people we used to market to on twitter are now on that new network, just because its new.
Now let me explain something you never use people i am not advocating for that, but by understanding the buying habits of people is how you generate sales
and revenue for your family.
But in order to fully capitalize on this you must go the distance...
Go the distance and soak up all the knowledge you can.
Go the distance get all the experience you can.
Go the distance get all the connections you can.
Go the distance and provide all the value you can.
Go the distance and make all the money you can.
