DISCIPLINE AND PRACTICE
Some goals require you to commit to long-term and practice. Your patience also may be tested. George Leonard, an arthur and accomplished martial arts teacher wrote a book about the importance of continual practice and self discipline. One of the most important points in the book is that even when you're on a plateau and there seems to be little or no improvement; no matter how you feel, do the practice every day. If you want to become an expert at something you have to decide to be relentless in your commitment to the self-discipline required to reach your goal.
Every act of self-discipline moves you toward your goals and every exception takes you off course. A lot of our goals we have or want to achieve takes us out of our comfort zone. In which requires self-discipline and practice. Whenever we loose discipline and patience, we loose focus on our goals. So the question always comes back to, how bad do you want to accomplish your goal(s)? Change is not so easy but you have to be willing to except the challenge. The key is staying F.O.C.U.S. Following One Course Until Successful. Stay focused, break the bad habits that are present to create a better future!
Leaders aren't born they are made. And they are made just like anything else, through hard work. And that's the price we'll have to pay to achieve that goal, or any goal.~Vince Lombardi
