By learning this simple action, you can stop the emotional bomb in your life right now.

A woman has a panic attack spiraling out of control emotionally, hardly able to breathe.   A man loses control of his temper acting out with rage and throws something across the room.

A young girl in high school freezes when it’s her turn to get up in front of the class and she cannot continue with her speech.  Tears come to her eyes and an aching lump is in her throat.  She feels as if the world is going to crash around her.  Everyone is staring at her and she can’t say a word.  Tears are now streaming down her face and she feels totally lost.  If she could just find a way to speak.   But nothing comes out.

Why can’t she get control of her emotional state?  She wants to.  She lowers her head and sits down.

Later in life she thinks back to this time and starts sobbing, and a few tears fall.  Then she immediately recovers because she knows that she isn’t at that place in her past anymore.  She is standing in her kitchen. All the emotional memories fade away instantly as if they never existed in the first place.

Anybody ever have an emotional event like the above examples happen to them?

We’ve all had something like that happen to us on some emotional level.

Emotions are just emotions—created from reactions in your body and mind.

You can actually channel an emotional state like the woman did recalling her high school experience of being afraid to speak before her classmates.

Wouldn’t it be great to channel emotions when you need to?

You could prevent that “Panic Attack” or “Temper Tantrum” or “Fear” of whatever.  Nip it in the bud.

Any emotional state that stems from anything that has happened to you in your past, you can instantly transfer it to any other area in your life, if you know how to do it.

Here’s how it works

.

Remember a time in your life when you had a good or even great feeling.  A time that made you feel like you could conquer the world or enjoy being exactly where you were and doing exactly what you were doing.

Maybe you were outside in the fresh air taking a walk and it was glorious and fresh, maybe you were in love and no one could get you down because everything was amazing, maybe you sold your first product in your business and wow! you can do that again and again.  Recall your experience.

You’re on top of the world! You have confidence.  You’re in love with life!

Remember what you saw, what you heard, what you tasted or smelled  and what you felt.  Remember everything you can about the good and great feelings you had.  Remember only the good and great feelings of that time.

The point is, if you feel good there, you can feel good now

.

You can instantly transfer your past good feeling to the current situation.

Practice doing this when you’re not having a major emotional problem.  It will become easier to tap into .

Here’s a video for some practice.

Now, simply take the part of that video where you saw extreme happiness, contentment, confidence, love–whatever you felt-—take that emotion with you and remember it sometime over the next few days when you’re having an off moment.

Did it make you laugh like it did me?  Well, when you’re having a bit of a down moment or lull tomorrow, think about the part of that video that was funny or think of a time in your past that made you happy.  Practice. Practice.  Practice.  And when you need this, it’ll be easier to call on a happy or confident or elated.

I learned this technique from the $15k Formula.

Another thing you might remember is too much negative emotion could cause your heart to do something you don’t want it to do and that pain is really not worth it.

So come back to a more pleasant time and just drop that negative emotion.  Change it out for a happier, more confident,  memory.

So, stop the emotional bomb in your life by learning this simple action.
