The Clock is Ticking...
24 Hours A Day Just Isn't Enough, or Is It...
Every morning you are handed 24 golden hours. They are one of the few things in this world that you get free of charge. If you had all the money in the world, you couldn't buy an extra hour. What will you do with this priceless treasure? Remember, you must use it, as it is given only once. Once wasted you cannot get it back.

Are you using your time wisely???
A lot of people find themselves looking for more time in the day.
Those are the same people who do more of the things they
"Want To Do" rather than what they "Have/Should Do" for their Business.
Others Procrastinate and put off the tasks till tomorrow that can easily
be Done Today. We tend to find this more so with New Distributors.
The Veterans of the Industry like to call this "Poor Time Management"
and/or "No Time Syndrom."
How do you handle the "No Time Syndrom?" Here is a an average
breakdown of how to effectively use the hours we all have in a week;
There are 168 hours in every single week. Where
does the time go? Let’s take a good long look:
Activity / Time Spent / Time Remaining in the week
Sleep
8 hours a day / 56 hours a week / 112 hours remaining.
Full time job
8 hours a day / 40 hours a week / 72 hours remaining.
Commuting
2 hours a day / 10 hours a week / 62 hours remaining.
Eating
2 hours a day / 14 hours a week / 48 hours remaining.
Family & Entertainment
2 hours a day / 14 hours a week / 34 hours remaining.
Miscellaneous
2 hours a day / 14 hours a week / 20 hours remaining!
So the next time someone says to you "I’d like to, but
I just don’t have the time," show them this chart...
After all, it appears that we all have enough time to
do what is truly important to us!!!
Now if you or someone in your downline suffers from "Poor Time Management,"
Try this simple technique to Double Your Productivity in your Business.
Take 3 small Post It Notes all a different color and write one task on each
and post them in order of importance. Here is an example using Green,
Yellow, and Orange Post It Notes. The tasks you would write on the Green
Post Its are the most important and must be done imediately. The tasks you
write on the Yellow Post Its are Not as important as the Greens but must be done
in a timely manner after the Green tasks are completed. Use the Orange Post
Its for the Tasks that are the least important and can wait a few days to complete.
Use this Time Management Technique Daily, rewrite the Tasks as often as
neccessary, i.e. make Yellows Green and Orange Yellows until all of Your Tasks
are completed.

The Advantges of Effective Time Management
Hi Nick,
This is such an important topic and there are so many advantages to effective time management. Most important is that time management reduces stress which will improve overall quality of life.
Another advantage is that it helps us to avoid procrastination and be more productive which will help us achieve our goals resulting in staying more motivated.
To create and adhere to an effective time management plan is to create and uphold a personal commitment to yourself.

Great info, Stop doing all the useless nothing work(busy work). Keep track of doing nothing work (busy work)& just allow a short amount of time then get back to something that you will learn.
I needed that Sticky note Idea
I think the Idea that we do have time if we just write done how it is being Spent and then spend it wiser. Thank you for helping us see the need to know what works. Your friend for life Juanita
Getting our head in the game. :)
Nick, valuable information! It is so important to take a look at where we are frittering away time. I am pretty sure we can all find more hours in our days for the most important things. Thanks for the great post!
TIME MANAGEMENT AND NETWORKING
This is one of the most important areas of our marketing. You have to write out a plan and take action. Sometimes things happen, but you can always go back to your plan, when you see it written down. This is a great article and everyone should have not only a daily, weekly plan, but goals and dates. Great Value Nick.

Management of our time
Just what I needed to hear. We all have the same amount of hours during the day, gotta use them wisely! Thanks, Nick
No Post It's for me....
Hi Nick, Thanks for the article. I think a huge amount of people, including myself need to hear or read this info every now and again.
Personally I prefer just making a list of things to do on one big piece of paper. The first things being the most important and then less and less going down the page.
By the way, did you know that the mayority of people loose the most time by watching TV. If I remember correctly the average person watches up to 4 hours of TV every day!!!!!! WOW, no if just limiting yourself to half of that, would help you get 14 hours a week of productive work done.
Thanks again Nick for the reminder.
Ciao for now, Rutger.
Time to get orgsnized for the New Year!
Thanks Nick. Time management is a problem I have struggled with but with your suggestions and persistence I am looking forward to this year.
Thanks,

Thanks for this great post.
I truly believe that managing your time well and being disciplined is one of the keys to having a successful business.
We are all given the same amount of time, it's simply how we use it.
One thing that was missed off though was washing/going to the toilet lol!!!
