Use time effectively like Lee Lemons did

Here is a story about a former network marketer who knew how to set goals. Some of you might remember him. His name is Lee Lemons. He used to work as an engineer with IBM and made $50,000 dollars a year. His first goal was to replace his income. He set a goal to sponsor 100 representatives within 90 days and then he set a second goal to earn $100,000 within a year of joining the company. He committed to writing his goals on paper and developed an action plan. Lee knew what he had to do. He had to talk to prospects every day for 90 days. At the time there was no internet therefore he had opportunity meetings at 10 am and 7 pm. Sometimes he had squeezed in a third meeting. He knew how many hours that he needed to put in each week to generate the prospects whom he needed to talk to so that he could hit his goal. He did not have any time to waste. He joined the company in August of 1991 and the company that fall sponsored a contest based on finding three new representatives, then helping them find three, helping those three find three, etc. That December Lee had the highest number of people joining his organization sponsored by him and his teammates. He won the contest.

Lee says that you must write down your goals and when you do that you are going to start believing that you will accomplish them. Next you must figure out what will you do to reach the goal and then make it happen!!!

We have ran out of the excuse that we have no people to talk to and that we do not have any time. He had it much more difficult than we did and he had no internet. He did not make no people to talk to and no time an excuse. Since he did not do that why should we. If you have not gotten rid of those two excuses, dump it now and get back to work!!!
