What a Daily Plan and Consistency Can do For You
If there is one thing that can really help you with your business everyday it is this. Make a list of what you need to do every day. Something like this:
- Add friends on Myspace
- Add friends on Facebook
- Interact on Forums
- Post on Blog (it’s good to have a consistent schedule for this too, even if it’s not everyday)
- Post ads
- Post articles
- Make video
- or whatever tactics you are using.
Make this list. Actually write it down. Keep it around and do it every day. Figure what techniques you need to do that work to help you and your business. Whether your bringing in more traffic to your website or building your online presence, they need consistency. Get into the habit of doing these things everyday. Or every other, or once a week. Whatever it may need.
This consistency builds everything up for you over time. And it shows credibility as well.
And not only can this help you build your business but it also help you manage your time. Give yourself a certain amount of time for each task. And stick to it. Things will be much easier when it is laid out in front of you in a simple plan. This makes your daily tasks easier and much more effective.
I just have a little piece of paper that has a list of my daily tasks on it. I pull that out every morning and start on it. It’s simple, but it makes things much easier for me to do. Instead of trying just remember and haphazardly doing. Plus it makes it easier to stay consistent with a list staring at me in the mornings.
Plus I went out and bought a cheap weekly planner to write in some other details that I do to. Especially for posting blogs or making videos. Something that isn’t an everday task but still needs a planned schedule.
There are many ways to make a plan. It could be a scrap piece of paper all the way to a complicated software that sends your reminders. Whatever it is, make it work for you. It will make a huge difference for you.
