Without Goals, you have NOTHING!

Setting Goals
 

This time I’m going to talk about making goals.  I believe that making goals is one of the most important things you need to do when you are building your business. Without making goals, you have no motivation, and without motivation…. let’s not go there.
 

Make your goals as specific, vivid, and real as you can. Write them down, and then make several copies. One copy is for you to carry at all times. That way you can always answer your own question when you demand to know “why am I doing this?” We all have our moments of doubt and fear, especially when we are confronted with doing something that feels uncomfortable to us in the beginning. Therefore, if we make goals it helps our mindset to stay on course. A second copy is to give to the person who brought you into the business.  When you want to blow them off and ignore their suggestions for staying committed to growing your business they can gently pull out your list and remind you why you are doing this. You will thank them in the long run when you are acheiving the success you deserve.

You should be making daily/weekly/monthly/yearly goals that are realistic for the company you are with.

The point is if you don’t know what you want to achieve you will achieve nothing. You need to make a decision right now and stop hesitating.  Goals create action and action creates results…and we all want results.
