Do you ever really fully understand?

It seems from time to time I take a step back and look at all the things I know. At the same time though, I realize how much I have yet to learn. This can get really frustrating, you can second guess yourself, and may want to give up. That is how me and my wife feel sometimes. There is an infinite amount of things that you can learn, and once you feel you have mastered them, they come out with 100 new things and you have to start all over again.

So what do you do to not pull your hair out of your hair or crawl up into a little ball and die? This is what a tell people on my team and to myself at times. Learn one thing at a time. For example, if you want to learn about video marketing, research that and learn that for the day. If you try to learn to many things at once, you will just get overwhelmed and may not have learned anything at all. Even though you may have only mastered one thing, that’s one more thing that you didn’t know the day before. You have grown. Your knowledge has grown and whether you believe it or not, you are getting somewhere. Tomorrow will be another experience to learn something new.
