Getting to the Next Level

Are you working at your networking business with intensity?  Do you wonder how you will create a successful path for your business journey to the next level? Check out the few points of interest listed below.

Developing Articles

Most networkers are looking for a gateway to generate curiosity and hopefully increase their lead network by writing Articles.

Finding resources that will allow you to post articles will allow you to find REAL PEOPLE who really want answers.

Even if you are just beginning, this part of your network journey should be put into practice.  Start off with a blog-then graduate to smaller articles that provide value. When these articles are submitted to communities, e-zines and newsletters, you will find that the numbers are endless of those that are searching for what you are offering-A solution to their problem.

Social Communities

There are many social communities popping up everywhere. Join them, learn from them, share and encourage. This positive activity will help those to feel comfortable with your presence. Open up to other sites that may not be larger, but none the less, have individuals looking for some guidance.  Some believe there is a trick to gaining a lot of online friends.

There should be NO trick. The only thing that should really be working like an “EASY BUTTON” is your sincerity in the request

It is true, places like FACEBOOK and TWITTER are such large arenas. It may be REALLY hard to connect with the people whom you have requested or if asked for your friendship.

Remember, networking is a “PEOPLE” business, not a NUMBER’S business. Make a conscious effort to make a reply to those that pop into your friendship circle.  Is it always easy? NO-but the concerted effort will make your activity sincere and you will gain respect of your fellow business partners.

Also, when you remember that helping people in their business (whether or not they are interested in the business that you occupy), you’ll find individuals ready to refer your services to their friends and networking circle. You will be an answer to their problem, which in-turn creates a positive web with the original person that originally met you.

This is just a quick overview of how you can start to successfully promote yourself, brand yourself, and offer value during the journey of NETWORKING.

Much Success to you my friend!

Great article Michaela! I

Great article Michaela! I like that you mentioned that networking is about People. We have to connect with people and get to know them. Its not about the opportunity or the produce, its about building relationships.

You got it Michaela!

The ingredients for success in life, business, and relationships are like baking Grannie's favorite apple pie. You don't want to add or leave out anything, or the pie just won't taste quite the same!
I enjoy and look forward to reading your more of your content here, Michaela, welcome!

Good Info

You are so correct, Michaela, it's about building relationships not numbers!

Helping others......

I like the part about helping others w/o an agenda. You know, give w/o expecting anything in return. If someone really likes your services they will no doubt pass it on to others. We like that! :)
Thanks Michaela for the great article!

Numbers vs. People

Great information! It is really important to connect with people AS people and not as a number. It really doesn't matter how many people you have as followers or as friends. If they aren't listening to you and there is no interaction, it won't make a difference.

Another great reminder...

...that our only true option for "marketing" these days is by "selling" ourselves. Therefore it is critical that we truly connect with others on a human level. As you said, "Remember, networking is a “PEOPLE” business, not a NUMBER’S business." So continuously add value to yourself, go out there and meet new people, and let your light shine! A well-written piece, Michaela... thank you! :-D

This Is A People Business !

I Couldn't Agree with you more Michaela, Network Marketing is definitely a People business, and the more people we help to reach their goals, the sooner we will reach ours :)

every day, learning...

Every day, I am learning how to reach out and share. How to give of myself more. Not to the point that I am depleted, but to the point of it being an exchange of encouragement.
Making time to help people has to extend itself beyond business. When that happens, you really widen out. You begin to grow, and therefore you become really happy.

That is my endeavor. To be really happy. The only way that happens is when you take the time to give, and allow yourself to be taught.
