How To Avoid The Monday Mental Meltdown In Your Network Marketing Business

Read More: Personal Development

I hate Monday’s. Is what the vast majority of people think every Monday.

What a powerfully negative way to start the working week. Do you realize what that three word sentence does to the potential growth of your network marketing business?

Negative statements breed negative results. If you start your week with a negative mindset you can expect your business not to grow at all.
Monday’s are going to continually come around every week regardless of how you feel about it. Here are some of my suggestion for turning hate into love.

I Love Mondays

I see Monday as the start of new opportunities. A chance to draw a line in the sand on last week and make this week better. I will learn new things, meet new people and grow more this week than I did last week and it all starts with Monday.

My view is to get FROM the week not just to get through the week.

I pick a topic or area in which I want to grow and develop e.g.
    •    I’ll try to get more people to visit my blog this week than I had last week.
    •    I’ll aim to get more people to opt-in to my list.
    •    I will go and visit a blog or a website I have never been on before, so I can soak up the value on there.
    •    I make a conscious effort to learn something new everyday.

Here is a great resource to learn from Daily Success Stream.

For me to better myself this week I have to start as soon as possible and that is today, Monday! I get excited about Monday and look forward to how Monday is going to set the pace for the rest of my week.

This simple shift in mindset creates good momentum for my business.

Positive thinking leads to positive action. Action brings results.

You can’t escape Mondays so make the most of them.

How To Avoid The Monday Mental Meltdown

  • Find one thing to do this week better than you did last week – start working on it today.
  • Go out of your way to learn one new thing everyday of this week – starting from today.
  • Take one difficult area of your business which you have been putting off paying attention to and face it head on, break it down into ‘bit size’ manageable pieces and deal with it – start today!
  • Introduce yourself to one person of value today (you will be amazed how much you can learn from people who are actively providing value on a daily basis). When you make yourself known to this person they will pay you attention in return, this simple connection can lead to something huge – find that person today.

Just by doing these things (feel free to add more to the list if you want) you will end up looking forward to Mondays. You will be wanting to get ON with the week and not just through it.

Successful people want to get ON with things and not get off until they have completed the tasks at hand.

Use Monday as you ‘flag-pole day’. A day where you stick a marker in the ground of your network marketing business and you start new, start fresh and start with the right mindset that will carry you productively through the week.

If your view isn’t to make this week better than last week, I would suggest you seriously re-think your future plans. Even if you had the most amazing, most successful week of your life last week, you should still be looking to make this week better and Monday is the day for that to start.

Love Mondays! Don’t start your week with a meltdown mentality it doesn’t benefit you.

I used to hate the Mooondays

The further I get into my business, the more I look forward to Monday's. I spend the weekend with my family and stay excited for the start of the week.

Funny, I used to wish the weekend stayed forever
