How bad do YOU Want it?

Does how badly someone wants something decide whether or not they will actually get it?
 
I have been trying to decide whether or not I would write this article because I have a feeling that everyone is going to agree with what I am about to say, but it’s whatev take what you can out of it and leave the rest.
 
You see I think that human nature tells us that the thing that we want the most is the thing that we are never going to have.
 
Just think about it for a second.
 
We started off our lives completely innocent strongly believing that we could have whatever we wanted just as long as we wanted it bad enough.
 
I mean that is what our parents told us right? I remember my mom saying “well, landon you can be whatever your little heart desires”.
 
I believed it. I believed it right up until the day that I found out rocket science was more than just watching rockets lift into space.
 
That crossed out my first dream.
 
Then dream number two that was killed was me wanting to be with the best looking girl in the 8th grade when I was only in 5th.
 
I never really lived that one down.
 
Dream number 3 that was killed was the letter from Harvard business telling me that I was not smart enough to get into their school.
 
To this point I have had 3 dreams, that at the time I wanted more than anything else in the world, get shut down within the blink of an eye.
 
And I am sure that you have been there. Now our human instinct tells us that whatever we want the most is the thing that we can never have. It is a subconscious level that is ALMOST impossible to change.
 
Now you might be thinking “well how does this apply to network marketing?”
 
Well, it’s simple really.
 
Some people want to succeed in network marketing SO much that they cannot actually see themselves succeeding.
 
Past experiences show them that they can never have what they want the most, and since network marketing is what they want most at this time, they can never have it.

 
If someone cannot see themselves succeeding, it is literally impossible for them to ever succeed.
 
You really have to see yourself being the person that you want to be, before you can ever become that person.

So if you want to succeed in network marketing so bad, that you cannot visualize this dream ever coming true, odds are in reality in never will.
