Income Producing Activities- Do you or Don't you?

So what are your daily income producing activities?  Day in and day out what do you do that either helps your business or hinders it?  When you are "doing work" on your business ask yourself this question - Is this helping with my income or I'm I just doing busy work?  In this business we have to be disciplined in what we are doing.  

When we look at our list of activities for the day how many of those activities actually produce income for us?  Does the activity actually make money or not?  If we focus our time on activities that produce income then that is time better spent.  

One thing that I like to do with my day is to ALWAYS start the day with an IPA.  No I am not talking about the beer India Pale Ale I am talking Income Producing Activity.  I like to start with it so I start my day off right and it keeps me in momentum for the rest of the day.  My personal IPA that I do in the morning is actually write content.  I either like to write an article for the next day or write article bullet points so it makes it easier for me to write the articles later on.
