Truth be told I want to lose weight. How much weight? Enough so that I fit into my clothing again without squirming and feeling lousy about myself. Enough so that I can look in the mirror and say, "Hey I really think you look Hot Nic!" or "Wow! You look so pretty today Nic!" Yes, that much weight. I am a leader
Why Lose Weight? Is a 30-day challenge - a public display of weight loss by me, a USAT Coach and NASM Personal Trainer. I am holding myself accountable to people I don't even know because they're going to be watching this unfold, yes on YouTube and other venues, and I don't want to embarrass myself or show lack of integrity by going back on my word. It's about developing my leadership qualities
Because there's nothing worse than not following through on my intentions publicly. Leaders lead and I am the Leader You've Been Looking For! I have the choice to either succeed or fail in front of you, the general public, which makes this 30-day challenge even more exciting.

So why choose to do this publicly? Because I'm setting a standard for myself: A Standard of Leadership. I'm also going to share a secret with you that I have not shared with anyone. Read on my friend because it's inspiring and motivating.
Most people who know me but who haven't seen me would ask me this question: Why lose weight Nicole? You're a TRX and NASM Certified Personal Trainer a USAT Coach and a runner, why do you need to lose weight? Aren't you in great shape? My answer is, "Sadly I am not longer in 'great' shape like I used to be."
In fact, if you saw the pictures from NESII that someone took of me I don't look so hot.
I look the worst I've looked ever! Sad, depressed, fat, pudgy, water logged and really bummed out; I look disheveled and pathetic. I will be the first to say something because I am my worst critic but am learning to be my best friend. That's why I want to lose weight because Leaders take the first step to change their circumstances and choose to make their lives better. Why Lose Weight will show you what can happen when YOU decide, take action and choose to make a difference in your life.
