When you interact with others in your networking business, you must first understand and master Attraction Marketing. This is marketing using the Law of Attraction. You also need to learn about the concept of Demonstration of Higher Value and become emotionally detached from the outcome. What do these terms mean, and how do you do this?

Would you like to learn more about the Law of Attraction and how to generate attraction to yourself? The Law of Attraction states that people naturally are attracted to those who they perceive as holding value for them. It all starts with what you believe about yourself. If you truly believe that you have something of value to offer to others, you will successfully generate attraction to yourself. This has also been called a "Demonstration of Higher Value", and this simply means that you have something to offer your prospects that they need. If they see you as holding value for them, they will be more likely to want to join your successful team. There are various ways that you can do this. However, your personal value and worth starts between your ears. Do you see yourself as holding value for others? Are you willing to exchange value with others? You must first believe and understand that you have something of value to share.

This demonstration of higher value can be expressed in many ways in attraction marketing. Who would you be naturally more attracted to join - the guy wandering down the street dressed in sweatpants and a T-shirt full of holes while he drinks from a cheap beer can, who hasn't bathed or shaved in days, or one who is fit, healthy, smells good, has a killer smile, walks with posture, drinking sparkling Evian, and has a definite sense of who he is and where he is going? Now this may make you laugh, but it's true. I may have exaggerated a bit to make a point. It's not likely the first guy will be prospecting you for an opportunity anytime soon! However, this illustrates the point that we send nonverbal messages about ourself all the time, whether we realize it or not. And it reflects what we truly believe about ourselves. Take a look at my profile picture and read a few of my articles. Do I present myself as someone who is unsure of myself with low self esteem, having nothing of value to offer you, or just the opposite? What does reading this article tell you about myself and what I have to offer you? This article is a demonstration of higher value and also an example of attraction marketing. This same principle will work for you too.

If you are still working on that belief, begin acting in a way that demonstrates your value. Have you ever heard the expression, "Fake it till you make it?" Well, to a certain extent, you have to see in your mind and believe this about yourself, and begin demonstrating the verbal and nonverbal cues that others will pick up. In time, it will become natural or second nature to you. In time, the vision you have of yourself will be aligned with reality. Another way to demonstrated this is to be relaxed and confident when interacting with others. Keep your sense of humor , and don't take yourself too seriously. Remember that others need you more than you need them. This is not to be confused with arrogance, however. This is much different that being stuck on oneself, and is more about having the proper self esteem that we should all have. No matter what happens throughout the day, it is just another day at the office. I know that sounds hard to believe, but the longer you are in the people business, you will learn to take the ups and downs as part of the normal course of business of prospecting, and you won't let your emotions be swayed too far one way or the other.

If you are always trying to impress other people, this puts you in a position of lower value. Resist the urge to do this. Just be the leader you know you are meant to be, and others will naturally follow. When you speak to others, speak with confidence and volume so that others can sense that you are in control. When you place phone calls, don't leave more than one message for others to call you back. This sends a message that you need them to call back. You don't. There are plenty of other prospects out there. The more you learn to be unattached to a specific outcome in a business relationship, the more power you hold. The reason why you hold more of the power is because you have less to lose.You cannot be emotionally attached to the outcome of a prospecting relationship.

The best relationships, the ones you want to create with your prospects, have an element of balance to them. One is not more needy than the other, and they both bring value to the relationship. Learn how to develop relationships with those who you can exchange value with, where it is mutually beneficial for you to associate with one another. Realize that there is an abundance of good things out there, that the more people you talk to, the more no's you get, the more opportunity you have to move forward and make more money, get more leads, and be more prosperous. It all starts between your ears, and believing that is the case. When you truly believe this, others will be attracted to you, they will inherently see your value, and ask to be aligned with you in hopes that you can lead them to success. Think about it, there are literally billions of people out there, will you ever be at a loss to find someone to develop a relationship with?

There is a learning curve with Attraction Marketing, so practice makes perfect. Well, almost. Everyone makes mistakes now and then. It's part of the learning process. Make it a goal to do something positive every day to increase your value to others and they will obey the Law of Attraction. You will be well on your way. Be willing and able to exchange value with others. Never stop learning, and always seek to learn and to give value to others. You will be amazed at where your relationships lead you, once you understand Attraction Marketing and how to implement Demonstration of Higher Value to others when prospecting. Success will be yours.
