The Hushed Up Check List To Building Your Personal Brand - You Inc
Here is the underlining challenge for almost every home business who hears these words...
"The best way of marketing ourselves is building our personal brand..."
You see, to build our brand, we also need to know what we are selling.
Which means, we have to know ourselves.
But how can we know ourselves when from day one, we are shaped from the minds, opinions and philosophies of others?
Then there are other elements so many of us have already faced, and these can also create an illusion that we are- who we are.
- The environment we have lived in
- The people we have associated with.
- The upbringing we’ve had
- The type of education we’ve had or if any at all.
- The negativity, the pulling down of someone's dream from friends and relatives.
- The mindset we carry
- The emotions of fear
The list is endless.
These can really become a wall hidden within our subconscious mind. Creating a lie that we believe.
People say and do things knowing, deep inside their gut, that something is wrong and yet, they don't want to admit it.
Theye know what they said isn't true. They know what they doing is not right and they suddenly want to give a reason for acceptance, approval or to explain their situation.
How To Know The Branding You've Built Is Fake
We can feel how we are going against our REAL values and we know what is wrong.
You can feel this pull which is screaming inside, "I don't like this but..."
There is no but. There is only knowing our values, our terms and never compromising to lose sleep or feel down.
We can feel how we have no control and we are not attracting, but chasing, convincing people to believe in a manner which pushes people away.
This attracts the type of prospects, customers, distributors, associations, contacts, situations which only drains the person and exhausts them.
The distributor can feel it but he/she does not know where to start practically in leaving what they don't want in their life.
As we take on the journey, we brand something else, which can totally destroy our personal branding, for a while..
What Happens When Personal Branding Isn't Built...Yet
Through the first stages of anything, there is a feeling of neediness.
We see this in any industry, business and this includes Network Marketing, MLM.
- The neediness to sponsor.
- The neediness to convince and get a signup.
- The neediness to get a yes.
- The neediness to be approved and accepted.
- The neediness for people to accept ones dreams and business.
- The need to prove and accomodate time for everyone, and anyone.
Because, "if you don't call them, show them the presentation, someone will. Then your close friend, relative, will sign up in someone else's business.."
As if success is based on what happens out there.
This mindset of desperation and neediness consumes the person through the first stages of the journey.
They are not making money.
- It's all outgoing
- It is a chase for points.
- It is a chase for recognition.
- It is a chase to prove something.
- It is tiring and frustrating.
If they are lucky, they'll make a sale but won't know why.
It is a chase that either ends their business journey to later blame anyone, anything, and the world.
The Awakening Of The Alpha Leader
For the strong ones, who keep going, they'll grow and see all these just drains them emotionally.
They grow stronger and decide to let go of the need to prove anything.
They begin to take a step back and start again.
This time, they identify their purpose, create their own values, beliefs, terms and conditions for anyone who wish to work with them, buy from them and live with them.
They begin to understand it's about marketing, selling and suddenly it dawns on them.
It's their uniqueness and portfolio which attracts.
It's their own value, skill, talent, training, resources, they have built which attracts wealth to them.
They become Alpha's...
What I share with you, is something I've learnt through a process of many mistakes. I've also learnt them from:

And many powerful books which revealed exactly why so many distribitors, sales reps just do not sponsor and make their prospects run a mile.
Here's Your Alpha Personal Branding Check list..
These are the steps I'm teaching on my online University, which breaks each part of these components down.
For now, notice the following check list..
- Identify your talents.
- Identify your values, - puntuality, maybe extrovert, keeps promises, spiritual etc...
- Identify your unique combination of skills and experiences.
- Now, identify your purpose, and keep it always in mind - for clarity and direction.
- Decide which archetypes or achetype you are going to be.
- Look at your work. Does it fit your purpose. If not, it's time for change or clarity.
Now, when we put these together, your gut isn't going to hurt.
The voice inside isn't going to scream:
"This isn't me, this isn't what I want to do. I do not know what I'm doing, and where I'm going. I feel like I'm a fake!"
I'm not saying it's not going to feel uncomfortable.
I'm not saying it's going to be easy.
It's going to take a while.
It has took me years figuring out so much about myself and in doing so, I found my place in this world.
I'm not saying to fake it till you make it.
I'm saying, believe in yourself.
Move forward and don't let anyone say you're too confident.There is no such thing.
It is they who are not confident enough! It is they who have low self esteem to say, "This is what I do!"
I'm saying..Know Yourself and be honest in all you do.
Don't do anything that goes against your values, principles and makes you feel, you're losing control.
Be You! Be happy. Do what you love to do, for once, in your life - do it for you.
True Business Mindset and Mastery...
In time, your skills will become mastery and second nature.
When business opportunities hit on you and the 'get it now because it's the awesome compensation' - they are not going to distract you anymore.
They will never matter anymore.
The 'next best thing than slice bread' won't matter.
They'll bounce off you.
There is now direction, clarity and....it's a business, which is geared to make...money.
You have found you.
The...real you!
And took responsibility to manage time and life.
You've found authenticity, your voice, your mind, your purpose, your talent, skill and all is built on the values you live by.
Finally, You Have Got Direction..
Now, when you create your marketing strategy and your lead generation system; it has direction.
You are thinking for yourself! You are testing, measuring and know why, what, how and where next!
All of it will reveal your personality in all you do, without fear of what someone thinks, and whether someone is going to unsubscribe.
Finally, you my friend, have found who you are. The winner that you are!
