What's Your Agenda

I have been told by my mentors that I must lose my agenda in the MLM business.

I have been pondering this for the last three months ...

They said that if you want to succeed in this business you MUST put people first...you MUST have a servants heart.

One of the ways I lose my AGENDA of making a sale or recruiting someone is to say ..."How can I serve this person?"..."What is their pain?"..."What is their most pressing concern?"

Once those questions have been answered I can come up with solutions suited to their needs ...not MY own.

I have noticed that the people that have no agenda do the business of MLM almost effortlessly with a great amount of enjoyment.

They are the ones whose rewards include big checks.

So I must serve with no Agenda in mind...tall order for me ...but I will get there with God's help.
