LEADERS ARE NOT BORN
They are created.
Anyone can become a leader in any area if they want to.
You need to set realistic expectations and manage them aggressively and then stick the bleep in there!
Success is almost entirely based on determination—having the discipline to hang in there even when you feel like quitting 1000 times.
Most entrepreneurs fail because they simply give up too soon.
Free enterprise is really about the survival of the fittest, where only the strongest survive.
The formula is simple—figure out what you what and then don’t quit until you have achieved your goals.
Period.
To Your Success,

You hit the nail on the head
people just give up to fast.
It is quite difficult in an
industry that has a 3 percent success ratio.
You have to learn the skills if you want to survive in
the network marketing world.
Formula for Success
Determination+Perseverance=Success.
Believing you can do it is the first step.
Thanks Ernie!
Commitment, Definiteness of Purpose and Consistency=Success
So true, Ernie you say it as it is. A leader is one who knows the way, GOES the way, and shows the way. Great Value
