People always forget about the benefits of teamwork. The benefits of teamwork are just soooo massive, that if you don’t realize it in the start of your business you’re going to be frustrated for a long time to come. We can’t become successful by ourselves. If your goal is to make tons of money, you must sell something that adds value to peoples lives. The process of selling that product requires all sorts of different skills. Whether it is graphic design, PPC expertise, SEO expertise, or even a team of other network marketers in your downline that can help spread the word of the product.

Hands-down, you need to reap in the benefits of teamwork. I am going to highlight some of them here, as well as ways you can become a better team-mate yourself no matter your role in the team.

• Work Less to Earn More – Example: A person in a network marketing company works 10 hours a week and produces one customer a week. • Leverage - This is probably the most important benefit. Leveraging a team is huge. If you suck at graphics, find someone who is good and recruit them, if you suck at the phone, find someone good and recruit them and so on. Leveraging team’s strengths is one of the most underused, underrated forms of fast-growth ever.
• Support – Starting your own business and becoming an entrepreneur is a really stressful thing. Your friends probably think you’re a little nutty, your family doesn’t understand why you hate jobs but live paycheck to paycheck working crazy hours on “one of those things”, and it can really lead to some burn-out for you if you’re not careful. However, a team is there for you, they are there to support you in your endeavor and in your vision, to see you through till the end.
• A Greater Calling - Sometimes the greatest benefit really is the fact that you are not in this alone. That what you are building is greater than yourself, because it is the sum of a team’s effort not just your own. Accomplishing a great task almost feels better when done with a team, after-all, you have your built-in group to invite to the after-parties to attend the celebration of every milestone accomplishment!
