I’m Monique Alvarez, a third generation Entrepreneur.

I have a rich heritage and I stand on tall shoulders.

My Papa C.R. was a successful businessman who had 10 ideas a minute.  He was like the Clint Eastwood or John Wayne of the business world.

He was rough, he was tough and there was no way he was taking no for an answer.  (Take one look at our website and you’ll see we’ve embraced that theme.)

It’s not surprising that both my parents are entrepreneurs and I was raised right there in the middle of it all.

I left my small town home in Colorado, my family who has lived there for over 100 years, to explore and blaze my own trail.

I carry their lessons with me.  I most definitely carry their spirit.

I’m hell bent on training those who have the courage to build their own business and be leaders in their industry.
